What we collect
Contact form: the name, email, optional company and message you send us.
Analytics (optional): only if you accept, Microsoft Clarity collects anonymized usage insights, heatmaps and session recordings. It is disabled by default and never used for advertising.
Server logs: standard technical data (such as IP address and request time) needed to operate and secure the site.
Why we use it
To answer your message and follow up on your request (our legitimate interest, or your consent).
To understand and improve how the website is used (only with your consent, via analytics).
Who sees it
Contact submissions are delivered to our own team (including via a private Discord channel) so we can respond quickly. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data only as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, just email info@alwaysblue.be.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).
